Beef flanken ribs are 1/2 inch, cross cut sections of the beef rib that have become very popular for marinating and grilling. The meat is highly flavorful due to the natural marbling of this cut, therefore it does well as a quick searing cut. Comes in 1.25 - 1.5 lb packs, exact weight may vary.
